Lenovo - Teacher Auction

A campaign that attempts to solve one of the most glaring problems of Indian education.

As a tech giant committed to the cause of education in India, Lenovo wanted to offer a solution to one of the most pressing problems of Indian education – a chronic shortage of teachers. Our country’s student-teacher ratio being one of the worst in the world.


Thus, Lenovo designed LEARN EXCHANGE – a digital platform where anyone who is an expert at any subject can register as a teacher and teach students online, after due vetting. Thus, making their own contribution to the solution.


However, the platform needed publicity, so that people get to know about the gravity of the situation and can register en masse on the platform. This needed a PR worthy activity.


Hence, came the idea of TEACHER AUCTION – a dramatized event where teachers will be ‘auctioned’.
