Abhilasha 3 in Wagholi, Pune is the latest residential property by Rohan Builders, offering reasonably priced 1 & 2 BHK homes. The brand primarily wanted to appeal to first-time home buyers. Young, independent working professionals. The ones who have recently become parents or pet parents or soon plan to. The ones who like to work hard and party harder.

But unfortunately, most of them are living in proximity to their nosy landlords who keep throwing unreasonable tantrums. Landlords whose persistent grumbling – ‘kit-kit’, in common Pune parlance – has become a nuisance.
